If you want to **grow with us, make an impact, and shape the future of ice cream**, this is the place for you! **JOB PURPOSE:** You will lead not only the vision for the sales channels under your responsibility but also the overall category strategy, driving development and execution. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, work directly with clients/KAMs, and develop strategies including creative solutions, channel strategies, go-to-market planning, brand plan execution at point of sale, and customer performance tracking. You will continuously build market and brand knowledge at both customer and shopper level (channel performance, competitive tracking, pricing, and consumer/shopper behavior).
