Prepare, compile, and manage operational and commercial documentation, including requests, quotations, minutes, reports, and tenders. Plan and administer key departmental activities. Generate and consolidate operational reports—daily, weekly, and monthly—including construction progress updates and performance indicators. Prepare and present executive reports and presentations to management to facilitate strategic decision-making. Analyze project performance, including processes, resources, costs, and variances. Supervise assigned operational staff by assigning tasks and monitoring their performance. Manage information and handle internal and external customer inquiries related to projects. Provide support to other departments in various activities and tasks. Organize and control departmental documentation, reports, quotations, and files on digital platforms such as Drive and GEEST. Participate in continuous improvement through training and process updates. Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and company guidelines. Support the financial analyst in reviewing budgets for fund allocation, cost control, expense tracking, and labor management. Manage administrative personnel processes, including IMSS registration and deregistration. Design and monitor work programs using tools such as Gantt charts.
