Our values guide us toward teamwork, productivity, innovation, and integrity. **Role Mission:** **We seek an exceptional Full-Stack Manager:** a technical mentor, a product strategist, and a team leader with total impact. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions aligned with business needs, serving as a bridge between technical and strategic areas. * Ensure functional requirements are translated into viable, scalable, and sustainable architectures. * Abstract and translate business requirements into well-defined technical solutions. * Design solution architectures and validate their technical feasibility in collaboration with developers. * Support the technical team during execution, promoting good development practices. * Clearly communicate progress, blockers, and technical risks to stakeholders and executives. * Negotiate priorities, manage the technical backlog, and align expectations across departments. * Collaborate with other technical and product teams, ensuring system coherence. * Develop executive presentations that can effectively communicate with internal teams (various technical profiles; review cross-platform activities to design scalable solutions). * Monitor KPIs: scalable designs, deliverable quality, and your team’s performance ratings. **Work Location:** Santa Fe **Choose the schedule that best fits your needs:** We offer a hybrid work schedule — part of your day will be spent at the corporate office and part remotely in the afternoon: **Monday to Thursday:** Corporate office 7:00–13:00 hrs. / Remote 16:00–18:00 hrs. / Friday: Corporate office 7:00–13:00 hrs.
