Negotiation of priorities and alignment of expectations. **Job Description** ---------------------- We are seeking an exceptional Full Stack Manager: a technical mentor, a product strategist, and a team leader with full impact. * You will lead the design, development, and implementation of digital solutions that meet business needs, acting as a bridge between technical and strategic areas. * You will ensure functional requirements are translated into viable, scalable, and sustainable architectures. * You will abstract and translate business requirements into well-defined technical solutions. * You will design solution architectures and validate their technical feasibility in collaboration with developers. * You will support the technical team during execution, promoting best development practices. * You will clearly communicate progress, blockers, and technical risks to stakeholders and executives. * You will negotiate priorities, manage the technical backlog, and align expectations across departments. * You will collaborate with other technical and product teams, ensuring system coherence. * You will produce executive presentations, communicating effectively with internal teams (various technical profiles; review multi-platform activities to design scalable solutions). * You will monitor KPIs: scalable designs, deliverable quality, and your team’s performance rating. Work Location: Santa Fe Choose the schedule that best fits your needs: We offer a hybrid work schedule: part of your day will be spent at the corporate office, and part remotely in the afternoon: Monday to Thursday: corporate 7:00–13:00 hrs. / remote 16:00–18:00 hrs. / Friday: corporate 7:00–13:00 hrs. Monday to Thursday: corporate 8:00–14:00 hrs. / remote 16:00–18:00 hrs. / Friday: corporate 8:00–14:00 hrs. Monday to Thursday: corporate 9:00–14:30 hrs. / remote 16:00–18:30 hrs. / Friday: corporate 9:00–14:30 hrs. We provide transportation service covering various routes within CDMX and EDOMEX.
