This could be your opportunity—and these could be your responsibilities: * Monitor KPIs. * Manage platform budgets, upload creatives, and closely track expenditures and KPIs according to plan, collaborating closely with the planner. * Notify stakeholders if creatives are functioning properly and whether spending aligns with investment targets. * Provide insights to optimize campaigns in real time. * Close out campaigns and jointly prepare performance reports (projected vs. actual results) with the planner. * Transform data into actionable insights. We offer a hybrid work schedule: part of your day will be spent at the Mario Pani Corporate Office (Santa Fe), and part remotely in the afternoon: **Monday–Thursday:** Corporate office 7:00–13:00 hrs. / Remote 16:00–18:00 hrs. / Friday 7:00–13:00 hrs. Monday–Thursday: Corporate office 8:00–14:00 hrs. / Remote 16:00–18:00 hrs. / Friday 8:00–14:00 hrs. Transportation assistance is available (subject to availability). **Requirements:** At least 2 years’ experience as a trafficker. Proficiency in DV360, programmatic platforms, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest. Google and/or Campaign Manager certification preferred. Proactive. Team-oriented. Strong communication skills across internal teams and external vendors. Analytical mindset. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
