We are currently recruiting for the position of **Branch Manager** in Guadalajara, Jalisco. **Position Objective:** Ensure branch profitability and achievement of sales goals through proper management of human, material, and financial resources, as well as patient care and service. **Position Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field * Experience managing a business unit * Financial resource management, cash handling, and cash control * Experience supervising staff * Experience with internal controls and administrative follow-ups * Strong interest in customer service and service sales * Solid leadership, team management, and decision-making skills **Position Responsibilities and Activities:** * Lead and coordinate clinical and administrative teams * Ensure excellent, humane, and ethical care for every patient * Drive achievement of operational, commercial, and growth objectives * Serve as a role model for leadership, commitment, and professionalism * Foster an environment of trust, innovation, and high performance **We Offer:** * Base salary: $15,500 gross monthly * Vacation days, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Bonuses for meeting targets and **KPIs** * Ongoing training in leadership, management, and clinical-commercial development * Professional and career growth opportunities * Equipment, work tools, and uniforms **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including one hour for lunch; Saturdays, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Sundays off.
