Responsible for designing, implementing, administering, and optimizing salary, compensation, and benefits strategies and systems aligned with our business, ensuring fair, equitable, and market-competitive remuneration that motivates employees, remains sustainable for the organization, attracts and retains talent, complies with applicable regulations, and ensures decisions align with organizational strategy and culture. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop compensation management policies based on market practices to maintain GXO’s competitiveness, while observing current legislation and ensuring full compliance. * Develop processes, procedures, and metrics supporting compensation and benefits policies. * Define organizational strategies and structures aligned with business objectives to optimize performance. * Develop and maintain up-to-date job descriptions for each position within the organizational structure. * Coordinate job evaluation processes. * Collaborate with salary data providers, participate in market studies, and analyze salary and benefits competitiveness to identify improvement opportunities. * Manage and apply global compensation methodologies (Mercer, WTW). * Design and maintain updated salary grids by level and/or grade, ensuring their proper application. * Prepare salary analyses for unionized positions to support collective bargaining negotiations. * Analyze salary gaps in terms of internal equity and external competitiveness. * Design and evaluate benefits plans to maintain competitiveness. * Identify benefits providers in the market and develop proposals representing improvements in conditions and costs. * Administer benefits including IMSS (Mexican Social Security Institute), life insurance, wellness programs, remote work arrangements, paid time off, food vouchers, education and certification support, and growth opportunities. * Manage internal promotion processes. * Analyze candidate compensation and prepare offer letters. * Provide salary and benefits information for pricing models of new business opportunities and client contract renewals. * Deliver training and education on compensation administration to employees and executives to help them understand salary bands and benefit packages. * Inform employees about their compensation and benefits packages. * Establish mechanisms to gather employee feedback on salary and benefits changes. * Prepare monthly performance reports for the department. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Actuarial Science, and/or Industrial Relations. * **Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits in Latin America—mandatory.** * **Advanced Excel proficiency—mandatory.** * **Advanced English proficiency—mandatory.** * **Expertise in global compensation methodologies (Mercer, WTW)—mandatory.** * Data analysis skills. * Ability to build strong relationships with benefits providers. * Strong analytical, data management, reporting, and scenario-planning skills. * Self-management capability and collaborative work ethic. * Process orientation and commitment to meeting deadlines. **GXO Logistics** is an equal opportunity employer for candidates seeking to join our team.
