Operate as the backbone of a lean, fast-moving HR function. **JOB DESCRIPTION — HR Manager** *Full\-Time \| Fast\-Paced Environment \| HR \& People Operations \| Reports to: COO* *Timings: 9am\-5pm EST* *Salary Range: $1500\-$2500* **Role Summary** The HR Manager is a hands\-on, execution\-focused role built for someone who thrives in a fast\-paced environment. You will own the full employee lifecycle, from high\-volume global recruitment through to offboarding, with the support of one junior team member. This is not a desk\-strategy role. Every day involves direct sourcing, screening, onboarding, payroll coordination, and people operations running simultaneously. If you are comfortable managing competing priorities at speed, building and maintaining systems with minimal support, and operating as the backbone of an HR function — this role is for you. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Global Mass Recruitment \& Talent Acquisition** * Own the end\-to\-end recruitment pipeline for high\-volume roles — call center, BDR, sales, operations, and technology * Manage referral programmes, direct application pipelines, and issue offer letters * Oversee and quality\-check junior recruiter output to maintain consistency across the pipeline **2\. Onboarding** * Execute full onboarding across DEEL and Other payroll platforms LIKE QB * Manage and Administrator employeebenefits **3\. Off boarding** * Manage complete offboarding on DEEL and ADP for all departing employees and contractors * Coordinate with IT (access revocation), Accounting (final pay), and Sun Life (insurance removal)**4\. Payroll Support \& Compensation** * Act as the coordination point between employees and Accounting for all payroll queries and discrepancies **5\. Benefits Management** **6\. Contract Management** **7\. HR Administration \& Compliance** * Update SOPs across all HR functions monthly **8\. Employee Relations \& People Operations** **What You'll Be Working With** * One junior team member supporting call center sourcing and interviews * Platforms: DEEL, ADP, Zoho and Quick Books * Weekly hiring volumes of 15–20 call center hires alongside ongoing multi\-department recruitment * A lean, fast\-moving setup where ownership and initiative are expected daily **Requirements** * 3\+ years HR experience in a generalist or manager capacity * Proven high\-volume recruitment experience, sourcing and screening at scale, ideally across global markets * Hands\-on experience with DEEL, ADP, or equivalent HR platforms * BPO, call center, or sales recruitment background strongly preferred * Able to manage competing priorities independently in a lean setup with minimal oversight * Strong written and verbal communication * Highly organised, detail\-oriented, and consistent under pressure * Can start immediately Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $26,190\.00 \- $43,650\.70 per month Application Question(s): * Please record 60\-90 seconds audio. via vocaroo.com.
