National company dedicated to the manufacturing of snacks and fried foods, seeking due to expansion **PAYROLL ANALYST** **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (degree holder). Reside no more than 1 hour away from the work location. Experience with payroll systems/ERP. Proficiency with government portals: SAT, IDSE, and SUA. Knowledge of INFONAVIT and FONACOT. Experience in weekly and biweekly payroll processing. Knowledge of tax and variable calculations. Key Responsibilities Receiving and managing payroll incidents. Calculating overtime hours (double and triple time). Preparing pre-payroll and payroll (weekly and biweekly). Generating disbursement layouts. Calculating federal and state taxes. IMSS transactions (registrations, cancellations, and modifications). Preparing accounting journal entries. Paying IMSS, INFONAVIT, and FONACOT contributions. Supporting audits and financial reviews. Calculating risk premium.
