Four blocks from Polanco Metro Station. **What We Are Looking For** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (graduated or near graduation). * 1–2 years’ experience managing payroll for 250–300 employees, including handling, tracking, and reviewing payroll incidents; payroll review (Income Tax Withholding [ISR], IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT deductions); calculation and preparation of ISN, FONACOT loans, IMSS variability, bonuses, occupational risk assessments, vacation accruals, disability leave, etc. * 1–2 years’ experience in payroll settlements and final settlements (finiquitos), year-end bonus (aguinaldo), Profit Sharing (PTU), and loan calculations (INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, FONACOT). * 1–2 years’ experience in tax reconciliations: tax determination and filing (income taxes and employer-employee social security contributions); IMSS system usage (SIROC, IDSE, SUA, SIPARE) for employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications. * 1–2 years’ experience in accounting: bank reconciliations, billing follow-up, journal entry preparation, expense/income/daily journal entries, vendor and creditor balance compilation, financial data analysis, operational support, report delivery, payment voucher preparation, and income reconciliation. * Familiarity with accounting systems such as Tigo, Aspel NOI, Contpaq, QuickBooks, or ERPs like Oracle, Dynamics, Microsip, SAP, etc. * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills for reporting and analysis. **Desired Education Level:** Bachelor’s degree — incomplete **Desired Experience Level:** Entry Level **Departmental Function:** Accounting / Finance **Industry:** Financial Services **Skills:** * Accounting, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), VAT (IVA) * ISN, IMSS contributions, INFONAVIT, bonuses * Taxes, tax declarations, PTU * Payroll, IMSS, payroll incidents * Payments, reconciliations, final settlements (finiquitos) *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j_id=69435af6520000450069af10&source=indeed*
