We are currently seeking: **COMMUNITY MANAGER** **Job Objective** · Use creativity and technical skills to develop effective visual designs aligned with the communication goals of the company or brand; manage the company’s online presence by building and administering an online community **Job Requirements** · Education: Completed bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions and responsibilities. * Age between 24 and 30 years old * Design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.) * Audio and video editing software * Knowledge of Meta Business Suite for social media management **Job Responsibilities** · Creation of social media posts for Valle de la Paz and UDN. · Creation of obituaries. · Creation of promotional posts for monthly offers, Hot Sale, and Buen Fin across various business units. · Design of printed and digital materials for monthly and annual events. · Customer service via social media. · Generation of cold lead and hot lead reports · Provision of customer service via social media. · Updating website information for different brands · Management of social media crises · Strategies to improve ratings and communication on social media ***We Offer:*** · Monthly salary of $12,000 to $13,000 **Statutory Benefits:** * IMSS * Infonavit * Fonacot * Vacation bonus (25%) * 15-day Christmas bonus * 12 days of vacation * 5-day paid paternity leave for the birth of a child (for fathers) ***Benefits Exceeding Legal Requirements:*** * Punctuality and attendance bonus * 3 days of paid leave for the death of an immediate family member * Furniture store partnership * Optician partnership * Free parking * Uniforms * Subsidized cafeteria * Flexible schedules for students * Free psychological support **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and two Saturdays per month from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM **Location:** Av Alfonso Reyes 408, Col.
