**Lean Process Executive**
**Mission:**
Lead the end-to-end redesign of strategic processes aligned with KOF’s growth strategies, enabling operational efficiency and value capture through Lean methodologies, integration with digital capabilities, and alignment with Growth priorities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Map current processes (AS-IS) with business and operations teams
* Design future-state processes (TO-BE) aligned with Value Buckets
* Document workflows, roles, and control points
* Analyze lead times, bottlenecks, and rework
* Identify pain points with stakeholders
* Prioritize improvement opportunities by impact
* Ensure integration with Product, IT, and Analytics teams
* Incorporate automation and digitalization into process design
* Validate technical and operational feasibility
* Co-create solutions with local teams
* Adapt processes to country-specific contexts
* Ensure knowledge transfer and shared understanding
* Establish process KPIs (time, cost, quality)
* Design and facilitate working sessions
* Guide diagnostic and solution-oriented dynamics
* Align stakeholders on key decisions
* Support rollout of redesigned processes
* Manage cross-functional dependencies
* Monitor adoption and iterative adjustments
**Profile Requirements:**

* End-to-end process redesign (not just incremental improvement)
* Cross-functional collaboration (business + technology)
* Experience in FMCG or retail companies (preferred)
* Experience in digital transformation (preferred)
