Opportunity for recently graduated architects or advanced architecture students. **Job Objective:** Provide support to the Design Department Head in architectural design development, 3D modeling, preparation of construction drawings, and technical documentation. **Main Responsibilities:** * Development of architectural 3D modeling. * Preparation of architectural drawings. * Development of construction drawings in coordination with the construction and installations departments. * Generation of architectural renders and visualizations. * Preparation of client presentations. * Support in project reviews and coordination of changes. * Site visits for surveys. * Client meetings. **Required Software:** * SketchUp * Revit * AutoCAD * Lumion, D5 Render, Enscape, or similar rendering software. * Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or graphic presentation tools is desirable. **Profile:** * Recently graduated architect or final-semester architecture student. * Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated. * Interest in architectural design and technical project development. * Professional appearance and communication skills.
