Job Description: In this role, you will oversee a team of 5 to 8 individuals dedicated to creating impactful visual experiences that reflect our brand identity and attract customers. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, you will feel right at home, as this position involves visiting various routes to ensure every space tells an inspiring and motivating story. Additionally, you will supervise photographic reports; therefore, knowledge of photography or the ability to capture high-quality images is a highly valued asset. We also seek a candidate with strong negotiation skills, capable of securing additional display space across various retail locations to maximize product visibility and movement. Responsibilities: Develop creative proposals to enhance product visibility and sales performance. Coordinate a team of 8 Merchandisers distributed across different retail locations. Manage in-store campaigns, ensuring timely and brand-compliant execution according to established guidelines. Ensure that fixtures and materials at all retail locations are in optimal condition. Conduct sales analysis and market research. Negotiate with department store managers. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure proper implementation of merchandising strategies. Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the impact of visual merchandising strategies and propose improvements. Monitor and track key performance indicators for the visual merchandising department. Requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandising Supervisor in the textile industry (mandatory). * Education: Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising. * In-depth knowledge of visual merchandising. * Passion for fashion and negotiation skills to secure optimal display spaces. We Offer: Base salary: $17,500 gross. Food vouchers: $1,500 Performance bonus (non-sales): $4,500 Statutory benefits, with full IMSS contributions Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
