Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for creating impactful visual experiences that reflect our brand identity and attract our customers. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment, you will feel right at home, as this position involves visiting multiple stores (between 2 to 5\) within your assigned route, ensuring each space tells a story that inspires and motivates. Additionally, part of your responsibilities includes taking photographic reports; therefore, knowledge of photography or the ability to capture high-quality images is a highly valued plus. We also seek an individual with strong negotiation skills, capable of securing additional display space across various retail locations to maximize product visibility and movement. Responsibilities: * Develop innovative proposals to improve product visibility and sales performance at retail points. * Manage in-store campaigns, ensuring timely execution and strict adherence to brand guidelines. * Ensure that fixtures and promotional materials across all retail points are in optimal condition and fully aligned with brand standards. * Conduct sales analysis and market research to identify improvement opportunities and adjust visual merchandising strategies accordingly. * Negotiate with department store managers to secure optimal product presentation. * Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the impact of visual merchandising strategies and propose continuous improvements. * Perform photographic reporting; thus, photography knowledge or related skills are considered a valuable plus. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the textile industry (mandatory). In-depth knowledge of visual merchandising. Passion for fashion and strong negotiation skills to secure optimal display spaces. We Offer: Base salary: $11,500 gross. Performance bonus (non-sales): $3,000 Food vouchers: $1,000 Transportation bonus: $300 Statutory benefits, 100% IMSS contributions Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM\.
