**What you will do:** * Design, adapt, and deliver training programs tailored to local markets. * Conduct in\-person and virtual training sessions for retail teams. * Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs. * Partner with HQ and regional teams to align training materials with global standards and brand strategy. * Support onboarding and continuous development of store teams and managers. * Adapt Visual Merchandising guidelines to local store layouts and client profiles while maintaining brand identity. * Oversee the presentation and rotation of products, ensuring displays are inspiring, commercial, and aligned with seasonal campaigns. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience in Training and/or Retail Excellence within the Luxury or Premium sector (fashion, beauty, jewelry, or lifestyle). * Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken). * Strong understanding of luxury client experience, brand storytelling, and retail operations. **What we offer:** * Competitive base salary * Above\-law benefits package * Full\-time schedule Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo Sueldo: $40,000\.00 \- $50,000\.00 al mes Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
