Negotiation to secure the best display spaces. **If you are passionate about fashion and visual design, we are looking for you!** **Job Description:** In this role, you will oversee a team of 5 to 8 individuals dedicated to creating impactful visual experiences that reflect our brand identity and attract customers. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, you will feel right at home—this position involves conducting visits across various routes, ensuring every space tells a story that inspires and motivates. Additionally, you will supervise photographic reports; therefore, knowledge of photography or skills in capturing high-quality images will be highly valued. We also seek an individual with strong negotiation skills, capable of securing additional display space across different retail locations to maximize product visibility and movement. **Responsibilities:** * Develop creative proposals to enhance product visibility and sales. * Coordinate a team of 8 Merchandisers distributed across various retail locations. * Manage in-store campaigns, ensuring timely and brand-compliant execution according to established guidelines. * Ensure that fixtures and materials across all retail locations are in optimal condition. * Conduct sales analysis and market research. * Negotiate with department store managers. * Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure proper execution of merchandising strategies. * Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the impact of visual merchandising strategies and propose improvements. * Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the visual merchandising department. **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Visual Merchandising Supervisor in the textile industry (mandatory), retail, or VM. * Education: Technical degree or incomplete bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising. * In-depth knowledge of visual merchandising. * **Passion for fashion** and negotiation skills to secure the best display spaces. **We Offer:** Base salary: $17,500 gross.
