PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION: Supply Store with products and ensure replenishment based on merchandise assortment plans and weeks coverage need per store, article and size. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Allocation of products according to merchandise and assortment plans * Maintenance of replenishment parameters, monitoring auto-replenishment and executing manual replenishment * Execute store-to-store transfers and co-ordinate 3rd party orders * Daily analysis of Weeks Cover, Best & Worst Sellers / Black Holes in order to determine replenishment plan * Ensure weekly store visits to align product requirements and identify opportunities * Stores Requests - Follow Ups * Participate in weekly meetings – Stock and sales / Stores * Participate in wall to wall physical inventory on 3PL * Comply with all Regional reporting requirements KEY RELATIONSHIPS: * Store Operations * Buying & Trading Team * Retail Marketing * Visual Merchandising KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES : * University degree or equivalent education required * Broad and deep theoretical understanding of job function * CPFR understanding REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: * 0 – 2 years experience AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
