Experience: * 3–5+ years of experience in backup administration and virtual infrastructure management. * Solid experience in VMware vSphere environments. * Administration of backups and recovery of critical virtual machines. Skills: * Administration of VMware vCenter Server and VMware ESXi. * Proficiency with backup tools such as Veeam Backup & Replication, Veritas NetBackup, or similar. * Restoration of virtual machines, files, and incident recovery. * Troubleshooting backup failures. * Knowledge of storage, snapshots, and operational continuity. * Monitoring and optimization of backups.
