




Position Summary: Responsible for the engineering and execution of mechanical installation and process piping system projects in food and beverage plants. Key Highlights: 1. Detailed engineering development and 2D/3D modeling. 2. Supervision of machinery and sanitary piping installation. 3. Crew coordination and construction schedule tracking. **SCHEME** · Fee-based engagement. · Bi-weekly payment. · Monthly range: $22,000 – $26,000, depending on experience and technical level. **OBJECTIVE** Responsible for the engineering and execution of mechanical installation and process piping system projects in food and beverage plants, ensuring compliance with technical, regulatory, safety, and scheduling requirements, as well as proper integration among design, fabrication, and commissioning. **RESPONSIBILITIES** · Detailed engineering development (construction drawings, isometrics, layouts, and BOM). · 2D and 3D modeling in AutoCAD and SolidWorks. · Supervision of industrial machinery and stainless-steel sanitary piping installation. · On-site crew and contractor coordination. · Construction schedule tracking and quality technical control. · Supervision of sanitary TIG welding and mechanical alignment. · Participation in testing, start-up, and commissioning. · Technical documentation and project dossier integration. · Field dimensional surveys and validation. REQUIRED PROFILE · Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering degree (certified). · Minimum 5 years’ experience in the food or beverage industry. · Proven experience in sanitary piping and installation within operational plants. · Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and solid working knowledge of SolidWorks. · Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and P\&ID diagrams. · Knowledge of industrial safety standards (LOTO, hot work, working at heights, confined spaces).
