We are looking for committed, organized, and technically focused talent to join our team. **Purpose of the Position** Ensure the preparation, quality control, and timely availability of culture media and diluents, guaranteeing the accuracy, reliability, and validity of results delivered to our clients. **What You Will Do in This Role** * Prepare culture media and working solutions according to current methodologies and client specifications. * Plan media production to ensure operational continuity. * Perform quality control tests according to established procedures. * Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock for analyses. * Comply with PNO guidelines regarding: * Out-of-Specification (OOS) / Out-of-Trend (OOT) * Non-conformities * Change Controls * Operate authorized equipment and instruments per work instructions. * Correctly identify quarantined and approved media. * Promptly report any technical deviations or equipment failures. * Participate in technical competency evaluations and support microbiology department activities as trained. **Profile We Are Seeking** **Education:** Technical high school diploma or technical degree in related fields such as: * Chemical Pharmacist Biologist * Pharmaceutical Industrial Chemist * Chemical Bacteriologist Parasitologist * Biochemical Engineer * Related disciplines **Desired Knowledge** * Analytical Chemistry * Good Documentation Practices (GDP) * Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) * Pharmacopoeial knowledge * Microbiology and media preparation * Microsoft Office suite **Desired Experience (6 months)** Practical experience in techniques such as: * SDS\-PAGE and densitometric analysis * Isoelectric focusing * Western Blot * Radial immunodiffusion * Coagulometry (coagulation factor times and activity) **Benefits:** * Gross monthly salary between $10,250\.00 and $11,500\.00, depending on experience. * Monthly food vouchers * 18-day year-end bonus * Institutional discounts * Life insurance * Medical expense insurance * Regular salary adjustments Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,250\.00 \- $11,500\.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Flexible working hours * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
