Join us and apply for our vacancy: **CAFETERIA PROCUREMENT ANALYST** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field in economics and administration; graduation preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement (reporting, purchase orders, supplier sourcing, etc.). **Knowledge:** **Mandatory experience** in purchasing supplies for cafeterias, the restaurant industry, coffee bars, and the food sector. Intermediate Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel — including logical functions and pivot tables (mandatory). SAP Procurement Module (Purchase Order creation). **Responsibilities:** Receive requisitions assigned by the Procurement Supervisor and execute the procurement process. Identify and evaluate new suppliers. Request quotations from the existing supplier base. Conduct on-site purchases of consumables, disposables, and cafeteria supplies. Monitor the procurement process closely and provide timely status updates to internal clients.
