At IMI, you’ll find a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive environment where you can truly thrive. **Role Overview** ===================================== Perform maintenance/construction/services activities to ensure uninterrupted operation of building facilities and production processes, focused on a safe and continuously improving environment. **Work Environment:** ===================== On-site. **Key Responsibilities:** ============================ * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on defects occurring in the plant building. * Close unsafe conditions in building facilities, machinery, and equipment—including their prevention and correction—and install machine and equipment guards across the plant. * Participate in occupational safety and health system activities and programs as required. * Perform maintenance, operation, and control of water treatment plants, compressors, utility supply lines, wastewater and process water handling, lighting networks across the entire plant, and ensure equipment availability and quality. * Identify and coordinate implementation of improvement opportunities within the building maintenance system, tooling, and assembly devices. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance activities in office areas. * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems related to equipment potentially impacting building maintenance. **Critical Competencies for Success:** ======================================== * Required Education: Completed High School or Technical Bachelor’s Degree. * Specialization: Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics. * 2 years of experience in Building Maintenance Department. * Time management. * Teamwork. * Active communication. **Health and Safety** ===================== The physical demands described in the Key Duties and Responsibilities section of this job description are necessary to perform the essential functions of this position.
