Description
**Mission**
* Supervise assigned personnel, providing the necessary tools and/or equipment to perform preventive and corrective maintenance according to established procedures, ensuring units operate properly.
**Responsibilities**
* Supervise assigned personnel to ensure timely completion and quality of preventive and corrective services.
* Monitor adherence to the preventive maintenance schedule provided by the preventive planner and optimize response times when in-route service requests are reported.
* Direct assigned personnel to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance.
* Assign daily tasks to assigned personnel to maintain controlled workflow.
* Verify that assigned personnel comply with quality guidelines to uphold standards.
* Ensure services are delivered in the shortest possible time.
* Select required materials for performing corrective and preventive maintenance.
* Reserve materials needed for preventive and corrective services, and remind mechanics to return replaced parts to the warehouse.
* Submit direct-purchase spare parts requisitions.
* Verify that requested materials are delivered to the department with the required quality.
* Supervise and guide mechanics to ensure proper use of their tools and safety equipment.
**Requirements**
* Completed Bachelor's degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering.
* Engineering experience (2 years).
