Position Summary: Eosol Group is seeking an HSE Field Supervisor in Querétaro to ensure safety and regulatory compliance in high-risk operations, lifting activities, electrical work, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), and incident investigations. Collaborate in the construction of a data center. Eosol Group is looking for an **HSE Field Supervisor** with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our team in **Querétaro**. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety and HSE regulatory compliance across all operations, with a particular focus on **high-risk work, lifting operations, electrical work, LOTO (Lockout/Tagout), work at heights, and incident investigations**. This position is critical to the success of our data center construction project and is available exclusively for local personnel based in Querétaro. **As an HSE Field Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:** * Supervise and ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures at the worksite. * Develop and implement site-specific safety plans for high-risk activities, including critical lifts and work at heights. * Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards. * Ensure proper application of LOTO procedures prior to initiating maintenance or repair work on electrical and mechanical equipment. * Coordinate and supervise safe execution of electrical work, ensuring compliance with current regulations. * Lead and actively participate in investigations of incidents, accidents, and near\-misses, identifying root causes and proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Foster a proactive safety culture among all site personnel, promoting risk awareness and best safety practices. * Ensure all personnel possess the necessary training and certifications to perform their tasks safely. * Maintain accurate records of all safety-related activities, including inspections, training sessions, incidents, and audits. * Collaborate closely with the project management team and contractors to integrate HSE considerations into all phases of the data center construction project. * Conduct risk assessments and issue work permits for specific activities, ensuring appropriate control measures are implemented. * Manage emergency response and ensure availability and proper functioning of safety equipment. * Promote environmental awareness and ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations. **Candidates must have:** * University degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Safety, or a related field. * **Flexible working hours** * Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as an HSE Supervisor, preferably in construction or industrial environments. * Solid experience managing risks associated with high-risk work, including lifting operations, electrical work, and work at heights. * Expert knowledge of implementing and supervising LOTO procedures. * Experience conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective action plans. * Familiarity with data center construction or large-scale infrastructure projects. * Excellent communication and leadership skills, and ability to work under pressure. * Ability to conduct detailed safety inspections and prepare clear, concise reports. * Proficiency in applicable occupational health and safety regulations and legislation. * Residency in Querétaro or willingness to relocate locally. **Preferred qualifications include:** * Recognized HSE certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA, DC\-3\). * Ability to develop and deliver HSE training.
