**Job Requirements** * Minimum education: University degree holder. * Major: Electronics and Automation Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Physics Engineering or Bachelor's degree, Materials Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related field * Specialty: Optics * Experience: 3 years in design area working on lighting-related projects * Knowledge: Planning of product design and validation activities, fundamentals of optics, LED-based lighting system design, RGB LED color mixing, design FMEA, CAD simulation software, and international regulations for automotive lighting **Job Responsibilities** * Review optical simulations to determine optimal performance of automotive interior lighting systems. * Support development risk assessment and design FMEA preparation * Promote teamwork and provide support to department members * Support component validation process during development for IL * Train and support staff throughout development from concept to launch * Review drawings, interpret and control project applicable standards * Review photometric test fixture designs * Support cost estimation of new developments * Evaluate assigned personnel semi-annually * Support Design Engineers' project phase reviews * Conduct benchmarking for new product development * Support selection of optical simulation software and testing equipment * Collaborate closely with mechanical, optical, and electronic designers for efficient results * Support development risk assessment and assist teams in DFMEA preparation * Suggest product changes by advising on optical simulation processes during early development stages and whenever engineering changes are required * Review and approve optical simulation test reports **Compensation and Additional Benefits** * Medical and life insurance * Savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Year-end bonus * Performance bonus Job type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Free parking * Major medical insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * In design area working on lighting-related projects: 3 years (Required) Language: * English (Required) Workplace: On-site position
