This vacancy offers you the opportunity to become part of a sector-leading company. ***Purpose of the Position:*** Supervise and coordinate service department operations, ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer satisfaction. Manage the team, implement process improvements, and guarantee efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. ***Requirements:*** * Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or related field. * No mobility restrictions to Palo Alto, El Marqués. * Extensive customer service experience. * Minimum 3 years of experience executing and facilitating technical service operations, knowledge of agricultural machinery, quotations, and spare parts procurement. ***We Offer:*** * Weekly salary + Grocery vouchers * Monthly bonus based on achievement of objectives * Statutory benefits * Life insurance * Annual bonus based on performance results * Work location: El Marqués, Querétaro.
