Lead internal audits and corrective actions Job Description and Detailed Activities * Ensure that products shipped to customers comply with all established specifications and requirements. * Design, define, and improve inspection, testing, and acceptance/rejection criteria mechanisms. * Develop and review quality assurance plans, sampling plans, and process control plans. * Generate and manage AQP/PPAP documentation for approval of new products or changes. * Coordinate and respond to customer complaints using methodologies such as 8D. * Conduct internal, process, and supplier audits, defining and implementing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with internal and external calibration of measurement equipment. * Act as a liaison between departments to guarantee product quality across the entire production chain. * Analyze rejections, non-conformities, and red tags, generating improvement plans. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and risk analysis to prevent failures and optimize processes. Experience and Requirements **Requirements:** * Mechanical, mechatronics, robotics, or industrial engineering degree. * Minimum 5 years of experience in the electronics industry. * Experience in the electronics industry. * English proficiency: 80%. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Problem-solving skills. * Personnel management experience.
