Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to communicate with customers, follow up on quotations, and register data in the system, with a high level of initiative, persuasion, and perseverance to build strong relationships. REQUIREMENTS: * Gender: Not specified * Age: 25 to 38 years old * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Completed high school diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing Management or Industrial Engineering. * Experience: Minimum 2 years. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Flexible schedule availability * Empathetic * Proactive RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer communication. Quotation follow-up. Recording follow-ups in the internal system. Updating templates. Answering calls and messages. High-level communication skills. High-level initiative.
