Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical-Operational Specialist to oversee personalized student support, synergy with the Makerspace, competitive coaching, and operational management. Competitive coaching in project management and development **Position Profile: Technical-Operational:** * **Employment Type:** Full-time (8:30 AM to 4:30 PM). * **Suggested Base Salary:** $10,000–$11,000 per month. * **Education:** Engineering degree (Mechatronics, Electronics, Robotics) or related field. * **Technical Skills:** Programming (C++, Python, block-based), 3D design (Fusion 360, SolidWorks), and operation of digital fabrication machinery. * **Soft Skills:** Mentoring, problem-solving under pressure (competitions), and schedule flexibility. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Personalized Support:** Developing individual learning plans and academic remediation strategies for students with scheduling conflicts (e.g., sports activities). * **Makerspace Synergy:** Bridging both areas through cross-disciplinary projects and, in the future, leading the launch of an exclusive Makerspace extracurricular program. * **Competitive Coaching:** Serving as the secondary coach, specifically focused on project management and development for competitions. * **Operational Management:** Inventory control, material management for classes, and supervision of order across all three workshops (ensuring organizational standards are maintained at the end of each day). * **Academic Monitoring:** Preparing progress reports and tracking attendance under flexible scheduling.
