Damos la bienvenida a solicitudes de personas de todas las culturas, generaciones, apariencia física, etapas de vida, orientación sexual, identidad de género o expresión sexual, personas con discapacidad y personas de cualquier otro grupo subrepresentado. **Descripción de Actividades**: * Coordinate and lead the development and/or updating of corporate or internal PFMEAs and Control Plans, ensuring maintenance of these documents and their implementation within the assembly process, as well as tracking recommended actions until execution. * Lead, together with the cross-functional team, problem-solving for top monthly warranty offenders (1MIS) and emerging issues within the assigned Operating Unit (OU) using the 8D methodology, ensuring proper and complete documentation and long-term effectiveness of the PPLS. * Initiate Layered Process Audit (LPA) schedules within the respective OU, focusing primarily on the Voice of the Customer, and track LPA execution by different organizational layers, as well as document and follow up on closure of identified findings. * Review, ensure, and track FRACAS impacting the assigned area, ensuring defined actions are followed up and providing feedback to the owners of observed findings. * Analyze, evaluate, and identify necessary requirements outlined in Corporate Work Instructions (WI) applicable to the operating unit, collaborating with Plant ME to ensure WI compliance.
