Proficiency in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, and manufacturing processes We seek a **Quality Manager with a "hands-on" profile**, responsible for overseeing, developing, and maintaining quality management systems, leading the operations team directly from the production floor to ensure product excellence, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance. **Critical (Mandatory) Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree (Master's or postgraduate degree in Quality/Engineering preferred). * **English:** Advanced level (fluent for negotiations and audits). * **Managerial Experience:** Minimum 5 years in leadership and quality management positions. * **Industry Experience:** 5 to 8 years strictly in the **Metal-Mechanical Industry**. * **Work Culture:** Proven experience working for **foreign companies (Asian companies highly preferred)**. * **Documentation:** Valid U.S. visa and passport (mandatory requirement). **Required Technical Knowledge:** * **Quality Management Systems:** Expert-level proficiency in **ISO 9001 and Six Sigma**. * **Manufacturing Processes:** Solid experience in **CNC machining, automation, and stamping presses**. * **Materials:** Advanced technical knowledge and handling of **copper**. * **Tools:** Proficiency in **SAP** and Office. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead, train, and evaluate the Quality Assurance team under a culture of *accountability*. * Ensure compliance with and resolution of internal and external audits (regulatory bodies and customers). * Address and resolve customer complaints and implement system improvements to prevent recurrence. * Maintain updated quality KPI documentation and reports for senior management.
