Contributes to documentation and assurance of manufacturing processes. We are seeking a proactive and motivated Engineering student in the final semesters of study to join our Quality team at Nidec. This position is ideal for those wishing to gain practical experience in a global manufacturing environment, directly contributing to the standardization and continuous improvement of our processes. **Key Activities and Responsibilities** The Quality Intern will assume a key supporting role in the department, focusing on documentation and process assurance: * **Process Documentation:** Develop, create, and formalize work instructions, labor standards, and process documents, ensuring their correct application on the shop floor. * **Review and Update:** Conduct periodic reviews of existing procedures and work instructions to ensure their validity and accuracy. * **Visual Control Management:** Update visual documents and training materials according to implemented process improvements. * **Layout Support:** Assist the team in planning and implementing new *layouts* or reconfigurations at assembly stations and lines. **Requirements** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in the final semesters of an Engineering program (Electronics, Mechanical, Industrial, or related to Quality). * **Knowledge:** Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality concepts. * **Attitude:** Demonstrated eagerness to learn, proactivity, and willingness to contribute ideas to the team. * **Language:** English is a *plus* (desirable).
