Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer with experience in the metal-mechanical sector to supervise and ensure product quality across all process stages. Key Highlights: 1. Key role in supervising and ensuring product quality 2. Analysis and resolution of issues to prevent customer rejections 3. Detection of deviations and correction of processes **Responsibilities:** * Authorize proper production startup at each process stage according to specifications * Conduct and analyze visual, dimensional, and destructive product tests per specifications * Document results obtained from process inspection monitoring * Immediately report and request adjustments upon failure occurrence to avoid rework * Ensure analysis and resolution of issues arising from customer and internal rejections * Follow up on corrective actions generated from customer notifications• Release of finished products * Detect deviations and correct processes **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years of experience working in quality departments within metal-mechanical companies * Education: Metallurgical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineer, etc. * Solid knowledge of quality standards * Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma knowledge preferred * Strong leadership and ability to work collaboratively in teams * Proficiency in dimensional inspection and tolerances * Use of measuring instruments (vernier caliper, micrometer, calibrator) **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary: MXN 35,000.00 gross * Statutory and above-statutory benefits * Savings fund: 3.5% * Grocery vouchers: 2% * Year-end bonus: 30 days Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Starting from MXN 33,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Work Location: On-site employment
