




Position Summary: A professional who comprehensively manages industrial projects from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with all aspects and coordinating teams. Key Highlights: 1. Executive communication with the client and effective negotiation PROFILE: A project management professional responsible for end-to-end project execution—from kickoff to closure—ensuring compliance with scope, cost, schedule, quality, and safety; coordinating internal and external teams; administering risks and changes; and maintaining executive-level communication with the client. ACTIVITIES: * Plan and control the project: schedule, milestones, critical path, and progress tracking. * Manage scope: scope definition, change control, impact analysis, and client approvals. * Administer costs: labor hours, travel expenses, materials, subcontracts; monitor margin and variances against budget. * Coordinate resources: engineering (control/robotics/drafting), technicians, manufacturing, procurement, and subcontractors. * Ensure quality and compliance: review of deliverables, checklists, FAT/SAT, documentation, and as-built closeout. * Manage risks; manage client relationship: progress meetings, minutes, executive reports, negotiation of deadlines, constraints, and deliverables. * Ensure EHS compliance and site requirements (safety inductions, permits, coordination with safety personnel). * Project closeout: final acceptance, checklist, document delivery. REQUIREMENTS: * Experience: 5+ years managing industrial projects (automation, system integration, electromechanical installation, material handling, or similar). * Project management: practical expertise in scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change control; ability to negotiate with clients. * Foundational technical knowledge: blueprint reading, understanding of installation/commissioning processes, and interdisciplinary coordination (mechanical, electrical, control). * DESIRABLE: Certifications: PMP. * Experience with tools: MS Project or similar.
