Training, personnel development, and process management. **MECHANIZED BRICK MANUFACTURING PLANT IS SEEKING:** **Production Supervisor.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and organize shift personnel, verifying attendance and incidents. * Supervise operational performance and promote assertive communication. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies. * Train and develop personnel according to their functions. * Supervise proper operation of equipment and processes. * Verify quality parameters for raw materials and finished products. * Coordinate with maintenance to address equipment failures. * Manage supply of raw materials and consumables. * Accurately document area forms and indicators. **Required Profile:** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field. * Experience: Minimum 2 years supervising manufacturing processes. * Skills: Planning, resource management, KPI tracking, mechanical tools handling. * Availability to rotate shifts (day, evening, night). * Knowledge of extruders, dryers, unloading tables, kilns, and robots. **We Offer** Salary and benefits exceeding statutory requirements.
