Key responsibilities: Strategic planning, operational management, quality control. **Production Supervisor** We are looking for an operations leader focused on results and continuous improvement to join our manufacturing team. **What profile are we seeking?** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in **Industrial, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering**, or related field. * **Experience:** Prior experience in production line supervision and personnel management is preferred. * **Key knowledge:** \* Proficiency in **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)**. * Inventory management and process control. * Generation and tracking of **KPIs**. * **Skills:** Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, leadership, and organizational ability. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Strategic Planning:** Scheduling daily and weekly production activities. * **Operational Management:** Generating production orders and directly supervising manufacturing lines. * **Quality Control:** Overseeing raw material assortment and ensuring correct completion of production controls (logs). * **Resource Administration:** Conducting inventories, managing production closure, and reporting performance indicators (KPIs). **Position Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00 hrs. (Early arrival availability required to ensure line startup).
