(Graduated) * 2 to 3 years of experience in the **metal-mechanical industry (ESSENTIAL).** * **Technical knowledge:** Machining processes and use of measuring tools. * Production planning. * 5S, Lean Manufacturing, time and motion studies. * ISO 9001:2015 quality management system. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings**.** **Responsibilities:** * Develop and implement production strategies focused on operational efficiency and product quality. * Lead, supervise, and train the production team, ensuring goal achievement and performance standards. * Manage department resources and budgets, optimizing material usage and reducing operating costs. * Supervise and update the skills matrix of personnel under their responsibility. * Interpret technical drawings and coordinate specific requirements for each project. * Ensure internal design releases. * Support internal and external audits according to Quality department guidelines. * Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and quality in every task. * Comply with safety, environmental, and current labor regulations. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives. **Work Competencies:** * Planning and organization. * Leadership and results orientation. * Teamwork. * Service attitude. * Compliance with rules. * Professional confidentiality and ethics. **We Offer:** * Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. \| Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. * Weekly salary. * Statutory benefits. * Training.
