You will work directly in the field, building trusted customer relationships and delivering solutions that protect vital resources and improve operational performance. ***H******ow You Will Make an Impact:*** Provide expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems. Monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation. Diagnose and resolve equipment and treatment issues with a focus on cost-effective solutions. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime. Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery. ***P******osition Details:*** This position will be based in **Monterrey, N.L.** ***M******inimum Requirements:*** Education: Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering Valid driver’s license required Technical service experience, ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments. Automotive industry experience preferred. ***D******esired Qualifications:*** Practical plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment. Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems. Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems.
