They are Integrity, Teamwork, Passion for Winning, Ownership \& Leadership. **ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Startup of new processes on injection molding machines. * Perform mold changes and trials. * Troubleshoot technical and mechanical issues on injection molding machines. * Operate and control peripheral and auxiliary equipment (thermo-regulators, dryers, chillers, blenders, valve gates, hot runners). * Develop programs for 3-axis and 5-axis robots (Sepro, Milacron). * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection molding machines. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robots and peripheral equipment. * Diagnose failures in machines and equipment to facilitate repairs with suppliers. * Complete and maintain all applicable forms up-to-date. * Drive process improvements (cycle time optimization, scrap reduction, and implementation of improvements). * Comply with established safety standards. **AUTHORITY** * Determine whether equipment may continue operating or must be shut down. * Identify required replacement parts. * Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives. **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE** * Completed engineering degree, preferably in Electromechanics or Mechatronics. * Basic English proficiency. * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Experience with electrical installations (110V, 220V, and 480V). **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** * Knowledge of injection molding machines with toggle-type and piston-type clamping systems. * Essential knowledge of hydraulic systems. * Essential knowledge of pneumatic systems. * Ability to interpret and understand electrical schematics. * Knowledge of vacuum systems. * Ability to coordinate and implement TPM plans in the injection area. * Experience in mold assembly and disassembly (desirable). * Knowledge of peripheral and auxiliary equipment (essential). * Proficiency with measurement instruments (thermal imaging camera, pyrometers, vernier calipers). * Familiarity with LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) procedures. * Robot programming (desirable). * Robot repair (axes, sensors, servos, drives). * Electrical work knowledge (220V and 440V). * Ability to operate welding equipment (desirable). * Critical and logical thinking. * Organizational ability. * Communication skills and verbal fluency.
