**Responsibilities:** ❄ Administer maintenance program covering facility, equipment, and safety and health system maintenance. ❄ Manage monitoring system to ensure proper operation. ❄ Generate and manage tool and equipment inventory. ❄ Manage measurement / monitoring systems. ❄ Validation of alarms and critical security device patrols. ❄ Administration of records for all maintenance requests. ❄ Review and update the maintenance program. ❄ Review and supervise safety implications of maintenance tasks. **Experience:** ❄ Minimum one year of experience supervising personnel in a similar role. ❄ Knowledge focused on: Refrigeration, Steam Boilers, Hydraulic Systems, Mechanical Systems, and Electricity. **Skills and/or Education:** ❄ Document control. ❄ Technical English. ❄ Completed or incomplete bachelor's degree. ❄ Proficiency in Excel. ❄ Use of multimeter, anemometer, pH and chlorine meter. **Position Requirements:** ❄ Availability for shift changes. ❄ Willingness to work weekends and/or holidays. ❄ Own means of transportation.
