This is an exceptional opportunity to grow professionally within a sector-leading organization. **Key Responsibilities:** The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for supervising and managing various field activities related to the assembly and installation of equipment and process lines. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * **Equipment Assembly:** Supervise and ensure proper assembly of a wide range of process equipment, including tanks, heat exchangers, pressure vessels, and other static equipment, guaranteeing compliance with technical specifications and safety standards. * **Process Line Assembly:** Coordinate and execute the assembly of process lines—both carbon steel and stainless steel—ensuring joint quality and system integrity. * **Welding Procedures:** Possess in-depth knowledge and ensure strict adherence to applicable welding procedures, guaranteeing weld quality and safety. * **Drawing Interpretation:** Efficiently read and interpret isometric drawings, Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P\&ID), and mechanical drawings, ensuring accurate understanding and execution of designs. * **Technical Comparisons:** Actively participate in preparing technical comparisons for materials, equipment, and services, seeking the most efficient and cost\-effective solutions for projects. * **Work Permits:** Rigorously manage and issue work permits, ensuring all activities are conducted under established safety conditions and in compliance with current regulations. * **Supervision and Coordination:** Lead and coordinate construction crews and technical personnel, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely achievement of project deadlines and objectives. * **Quality Control:** Implement and oversee quality control measures at all assembly stages to ensure work meets the highest standards. * **Industrial Safety:** Promote and maintain a workplace safety culture, ensuring full compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations. * **Reporting and Documentation:** Prepare progress reports, document performed activities, and maintain accurate records of executed work. **Position Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering. A completed university degree (graduated) is required. * **Experience:** Minimum of three (3\) years of verifiable field experience in activities similar to those described above. * **Technical Skills:** * Solid experience in assembling process equipment (tanks, heat exchangers, static vessels). * Experience assembling process lines in carbon steel and stainless steel. * Knowledge and application of welding procedures. * Demonstrated ability to read and interpret isometric drawings, P\&ID, and mechanical drawings. * Experience preparing technical comparisons. * Experience managing and issuing work permits. * Experience supervising and coordinating personnel and construction crews. * **Software Tools:** * Proficiency in AutoCAD for drawing review. * Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook. * **Languages:** Basic English, with technical reading capability. **Soft Skills:** * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Ability to work effectively in teams and under pressure. * Proactivity and results orientation. * Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
