Requirements: * Completed professional degree in Electrical, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering * Fluent English, both verbal and written (Mandatory) * Professional experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering within the electrical, electronics, metal-mechanical, or related industries * Preferred: 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing, Process or Design Engineer in the manufacturing of distribution or power transformers * Preferred: Experience leading projects or guiding engineering teams Required Competencies: * Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office, SolidWorks and AutoCAD * Strong organizational ability and initiative in project execution * Leadership, service-oriented attitude and support for work teams * Technical leadership, coaching ability and focus on developing others Responsibilities: * Responsible for establishing and controlling production and assembly standards for products * Responsible for conducting technical studies to optimize product characteristics and specifications * Responsible for establishing continuous improvement processes * Manages high-impact projects for the organization * Contributes to budget and resource control within the Manufacturing Engineering department * Provides technical guidance, training and mentoring to the manufacturing engineering team #### **Experience** Required* 5 year(s): Experience as a Manufacturing, Process or Design Engineer in the manufacturing of distribution or power transformers. #### **Education** Required* Engineer's degree or better #### **Behaviors** Required* Detail Oriented: Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well * Team Player: Works well as a member of a group * Leader: Inspires teammates to follow them
