Position Summary: A major company in the welding industry is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan and control maintenance programs and equipment improvements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the planning and control of preventive and corrective maintenance. 2. Implement equipment improvements using Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies. 3.
