Job Objective: To perform **preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance** on plastic injection machinery and peripheral equipment, ensuring proper operation to avoid production downtime and guarantee equipment safety. Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance** on plastic injection machines. * Diagnose and repair **mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures**. * Maintain **hydraulic systems, pumps, valves, and cylinders**. * Support **mold changes and mechanical adjustments**. * Inspect the condition of **belts, bearings, bolts, guides, and transmissions**. * Maintain **peripheral equipment**, such as: * Chillers * Temperature regulators * Dryer hoppers * Grinders * Material conveyors * Assist in the **installation of new machinery or equipment**. * Report unsafe conditions or detected equipment failures. * Record performed activities in **maintenance logs or reports**. * Comply with **industrial safety and energy lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures**. Education: * Industrial Maintenance Technician * Electromechanical Technician * Industrial Mechanics Technician * Related technical degree Experience: * **2–3 years in industrial maintenance**. * Experience in **plastic injection machines** is desirable.
