**MAINTENANCE MANAGER** **Education**: Mechanical Electrical Engineer, Mechanical Management Engineer, Industrial Engineer or related field. **Experience:** * Minimum 5 years in mechanical, electrical and industrial instrumentation maintenance, including 2 years in supervisory roles. * Knowledge and use of maintenance software. * Supervision and management of maintenance personnel. * Experience in **wastewater treatment plants**. **Knowledge of:** * Knowledge of maintenance management and techniques for preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance of process equipment and treatment plant components. * Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, isometric drawings, piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), control diagrams and single-line diagrams. * Electrical and industrial safety standards (NOM-001-SEDE, NFPA 70E, OSHA). * Programming and configuration of PLC, SCADA, and HMI. * Industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc). * Knowledge of materials and construction technologies used in wastewater treatment plants or industrial plants. * Electric Motors. * Motor Control Centers and Electrical Panels. * Power Backup Systems. * Reverse Osmosis. * Programmable Logic Controllers and Scada Systems. * Instrumentation, Control and Automation. * Air Compressors and Blowers. * Centrifugal Pumps (submersible, positive displacement, turbine type, etc). * Chillers/Water coolers, boilers. * Pneumatic and Proportional Control Dosing Pumps. **Responsibilities** * Monitor and control the execution of the plant's annual maintenance program and manage all scheduled work orders. * Review the annual maintenance program and critical equipment list, updating and adjusting frequencies and routines as necessary for proper planning and execution. * Measure and monitor maintenance process performance, coordinating interaction with Operations, Procurement, Management Control, Safety, Quality, Environment, Laboratory and Warehouse processes, generating monthly statistical reports. * Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient task execution. * Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance tasks for PTAR equipment and components. * Supervise and monitor the condition of equipment and components to identify maintenance and repair needs. * Manage spare parts and materials inventories required for maintenance. * Analyze and report maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure service efficiency and quality. * Prepare technical reports on maintenance performed, equipment history, and failure analysis (KPIs). * Manage issuance, tracking, and closure of preventive and corrective maintenance work orders. * Keep updated records, logs, spare parts lists, electrical drawings, control diagrams, and equipment manuals. * Provide periodic reports on plant equipment performance, availability, and reliability.
