Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Employee Type** Confidence-based **Job Objective** Manage and strengthen all maintenance activities to reduce costs and increase equipment availability. **Responsibilities and Activities** Manage improvements to manufacturing equipment to increase equipment availability. Evaluate cost-benefit analyses of spare parts and/or maintenance to optimize interventions on equipment and associated costs. Lead activities related to the quality management system under a code of compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Perform activities related to personnel management. Ensure that supervised personnel have appropriate employment relationships (contract type), knowledge, and adherence to the internal work regulations. Manage and validate any administrative requirements for supervised personnel (work tools, incident follow-up, special permits, administrative procedures, among others). Comply with current sanitary regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices, corporate policies and directives, as well as standardized operating procedures (SOPs). Analyze consumption of high-cost spare parts and implement corrective actions when necessary. Reduce accidents. Optimize maintenance programs by analyzing failures, key performance indicators, equipment performance, and observations from weekly meetings with mechanics and supervisors. Manage implementation of authorized improvements.
