This is a key position to ensure operational continuity, efficiency, and reliability of highly technical production lines. **What Will You Do in This Role?** * Ensure proper operation of **hot press equipment** * Execute and supervise **preventive and corrective maintenance** * Diagnose and resolve failures in **hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems** * Supervise equipment including: * **Hydraulic presses (ideally up to 1200 tons)** * **Industrial furnaces for heating metal parts** * Interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams * Provide technical support for basic PLC adjustments * Contribute to continuous improvement of maintenance processes **Candidate Profile We Seek** * **Electronic Engineering degree (mandatory)** * **10–15 years of experience** in **hot forming / hot stamping processes** Proven experience in automotive-sector companies such as: * Autotec * Magna * Gestamp *(or companies with similar hot-stamping processes)* **Key Technical Knowledge** * **Forming / stamping processes** * High-capacity hydraulic presses * Hydraulic systems * Electrical and electronic systems * Industrial mechanics * Industrial furnaces * PLC (basic level – diagnostics and adjustments) * Fault detection and resolution * Comprehensive industrial maintenance **Additional Requirements** * Basic English (technical reading) * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Autonomous profile with technical judgment and results-oriented focus **Important Consideration** This is a **highly specialized and niche search**, therefore priority will be given to candidates with direct experience in **hot stamping (hot forming) processes**.
