**Location:** Atizapán de Zaragoza **Work Modality:** On-site **Gross Monthly Salary:** $14,000 to $19,000 **Position Type:** Full-time | Indefinite-term contract ### **Position Objective** Ensure operational continuity of equipment by executing and monitoring preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, collaborating directly with production to guarantee plant efficiency and safety. ### **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on production machinery and equipment. * Diagnose electromechanical failures in industrial equipment. * Track work orders and maintenance reports. * Support implementation of process and equipment improvements. * Collaborate with production to reduce line stoppages. * Prepare basic maintenance reports and activity logs. * Comply with industrial safety standards and proper use of PPE. ### **Requirements** * Mechanical, electrical, electromechanical engineering or related field (intern or graduate). * Minimum of **1 to 3 years of industrial maintenance experience**. * Knowledge of: * Mechanical and electrical systems * Basic PLC (desirable) * Basic interpretation of electrical diagrams * Maintenance of industrial machinery * Basic use of measurement tools. * Availability for 100% operational work. ### **Competencies** * Teamwork * Proactivity * Responsibility * Results-oriented mindset * Adaptability to operations ### **Working Conditions** * Fully on-site work at the plant. * **Residence must be within a maximum 40-minute commute (mandatory).** * Availability to work under ambient temperatures higher than normal. * Availability to rotate shifts. ### **Shifts** * **Morning shift:** 06:00 to 14:30 hrs (Monday to Saturday) * **Afternoon shift:** 13:30 to 22:00 hrs (Monday to Saturday) * **Night shift:** 22:00 to 06:00 hrs (Monday to Friday) ### **Economic Offer** * Base gross monthly salary: $14,647\.63 * Monthly bonus: $3,064\.06 * Additional bonus: $1,550\.81 * **Integrated gross monthly income:** up to $19,262\.51 ### **Benefits** * Statutory benefits * 30-day year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * 41% vacation premium * 10% savings fund * Grocery vouchers * Weekly payment (BBVA) * Direct hiring * Job stability * Career development opportunities
