Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking an engineer with experience in industrial maintenance to ensure the reliability of production equipment and continuously improve processes. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on diagnosis and resolution of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic failures 2. Responsible for continuous improvement of equipment and processes 3. Implementation and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance Job Objective: Ensure production equipment reliability through reduction of failures, implementation of preventive/corrective maintenance, and continuous improvement, thereby guaranteeing operational continuity. Responsibilities: * Diagnosis and resolution of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic failures. * Diagnosis and resolution of failures in packaging machinery (VFFS, Vacuum, Thermoforming) * Implementation and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Root cause analysis (RCA) of recurring failures. * Continuous improvement of equipment and processes PROFILE: * Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics * 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance * Experience with sealing, cutting, and film handling systems * Experience implementing preventive maintenance.
